Driveways in Broadwater
Broadwater, north of the town centre around Broadwater Green, has a lot of Edwardian and inter war houses with short front gardens. Many owners are converting gardens to parking, which usually means a dropped kerb application as well as the driveway itself.
Local tip. On shorter frontages a car must fit fully within your boundary without overhanging the footway, so measure before you apply for a dropped kerb.
