Who we are
Worthing Driveway Quotes is the data controller for details you send through this website. For any question about your data, or to use your rights, email quotes@driveways-worthing.co.uk and we will reply within one month. A postal address is available on request.
What we collect
When you request a quote: your name, postcode, phone number, email address and the details you give about your driveway.
Why we use it
To pass your request to a local driveway installer so they can contact you about a quote. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Who we share it with
An independent driveway installer covering your area. Each installer is responsible for how they use your details once they receive them. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months, then it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
